How to protect and whiten your teeth:

Teeth can be whitened by using some natural ingredients, and the following care methods will help protect the safety of tooth enamel:

  • Use a clean cloth or cotton ball dipped in olive oil to rub on your teeth. The yellowish stains will be removed in a few minutes.
  • After eating, you can use the inside of orange or lemon peel to rub on your teeth, then rinse your mouth with clean water. This will help whiten your teeth and freshen your breath.
  • Regularly rinse your mouth with vinegar and brush your teeth, then rinse your mouth with cold water. This will help remove stains on your teeth and make your teeth whiter.
  • Fresh fruits help strengthen the immune system and protect teeth, making them strong and white. Eating many types of fruits such as apples, oranges, lemons, strawberries, pineapples, watermelons, bananas, broccoli, celery, carrots, etc., contains a lot of fiber which helps naturally brush teeth, protect gums, and whiten teeth. In addition, they also stimulate saliva production, reducing the amount of acid in the mouth, preventing plaque formation on teeth, and preventing tooth decay.
  • Calcium in milk is an important mineral for teeth, especially for the development of the tooth system in children. Low-fat or non-fat dairy products such as yogurt and cottage cheese are excellent sources of calcium.
  • Drink water and rinse your mouth frequently throughout the day.
  • Limit snacking, especially foods high in sugar, between meals.
  • Brush your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
  • Get regular dental check-ups and cleanings.
